Director Biography - Maddy Otto

Maddy is originally from Manhattan Beach, CA, and
graduated from the University of Georgia is May 2021 with
degrees in Entertainment and Media Studies and
Communication Studies. While in college she developed a global perspective on international conflict in Paris, France. On UGA’s campus and in the Athens community, Maddy portrayed a passion for leadership and relational service. She served on the executive board of the non-profit organization SOUL, administering a union between SOUL and The Boys and Girls Club. Maddy also devoted time to the leadership team of UGA Wesley, an on campus ministry. She is honored to be an alumni of Alpha Chi Omega and advocate for domestic violence awareness in the local community. Additionally, Maddy has written, produced, directed, and filmed a wide variety of short films through her time at UGA Grady. She is currently a Project Management Specialist at Cox Communications in Atlanta, Georgia.
