Started doing films at the age of 9. Won a national swedish short film competition (Svensk smalfilm och Video) 1989. Has directed a lot of short films, some prize winners, some shown in national tv (SVT and Tv4). Since 1990 an professional editor who also does tv-graphics (and specialeffects and some film company vignettes!).
Co-directed the horror feature "Faust 2.0" in 2014.
I didn´t want to do just a chronicle about the Artist´s life, I tried to do this film in an "Arnoldian" style, with humor and a heart. And I tried to honestly interpret the facts of his life to a deeper "meaning" - a story.
In the 60s and 70s Hans Arnold was an extremely famous horror artist - to some extent even internationally - but when he died 2010 he was almost forgotten - and even disliked by some. Therefore it took me nearly 12 years, and the help of crowd funding, to make this documentary. This is a film - and a process - that to some extent helped me understand parts of my own life, and even get some new insights about the swedish society! As being a fan of Hans Arnolds amazing artwork since childhood, I was honored to meet this legendary artist in 2007-2010.
Please take your time to check out this unique pearl!
