Director Biography - David Jenkins

David Jenkins served in both the New Zealand and Australian Army as well as working in ambulance around Melbourne. He has been working in community mental health in Canberra for the past 10 years and has a particular interest in veteran mental health and wellbeing. When not working in the community, David writes and produces short film.

In his film projects he tries to include and support disadvantaged Australian’s by providing a start out with film-making as a skills base to bridge to further training and opportunities in film and media.
