HEART - 10 minutes / video installation in trailer video
Three years ago, I've experienced much personal transformation through dance and meeting my true self. Surreal, watery and soft, the HEART series is inspired by this positive experience. It internalizes my research in psychology and neurology to create intuitive and psychologically stirring images. They are structured loosely on my internal raw energy cultivated by dance, reflecting the exuberance and vitality of living. These mesmerizing and intoxicating visuals refer to an internal garden of fertile and spiritual thoughts. The dancers are portrayed as monumental statues exuding strength and femininity, advancing the medium to a newly theatrical and immersive experience.

Inspired by stages of my personal transformations, my work culminates emotional and visceral experiences that build upon the power of art to inspire spiritual awakening. I work with dance, interactive technology, video, sound, sensory stimulants and installations. These visceral experiences span across art, performance and social space. Often strongly themed in nature, my works are metaphoric depictions of an utopian universe.
