Gujarat One minute film festival-

Traffic is a burning issue today. No one can avoid it. No one takes initiative to solve it. So, here is where we thought to get involved. Films have deep and straight impact on people. Making a short film and giving a message for traffic awareness can definitely help “We-the people”.
A Medium has power to provoke. A strong medium has power to change. Through films we have tried to solve the daily issues of traffic.
Moreover, as traffic bestows the people
themselves, the winners will be announced by
PUBLIC JUDGEMENT.
There will be a competition and screening of one minute films on TRAFFIC ISSUES. Participants have a chance to flourish their talent
The entries will be judged in two rounds.
Round 1. Team Vigour, Team Radio one and Team Traffic police and eminent personalities of film industry will select the films for next round .
Round 2. Final winners will be announced by Facebook Likes, Online Votes and Submitting Feedbacks of voters
All the winners will be announced at grand finale in front of film dignitaries and media.
There will be Six categories
1.Best Film 2.Best Direction 3.Best Concept 4.Best Editing 5.Best Cinematography 6.Best Animation
Winner of each category will get trophy, Prizes and chance to showcase their films in theatre. There will be a grand finale in the presence of judges, personalities, dignitaries and head of traffic police Ahmedabad.
Awarded films will be screened with entertainment show and prizes will be given to the winners. Selected films will be dedicated to traffic police Ahmedabad and they may exhibit in public media with credit of the crew.
Rules And Regulations:
1. Gujarat one minute film festival-2015 is organized by Vigour films and television Ahmedabad. Topic of the year 2015 is TRAFFIC ISSUES.
2. The film festival is organized to spread awareness regarding traffic and also to encourage creative, innovative and aspiring film makers.
3. The competition is open for all Regional, National and International Participants.
4. Films must be submitted online to the selection committee in (minimum)1280/720p. HD MP4/MOV format and should be 58 (minimum) seconds to 60(maximum) Seconds.
5. Each Entry must be Accompanied by completely filled in entry forms online.
6. Each participant will also have to make a poster (A3 size Soft copy HD Resolution JPG/PNG format) on Traffic issue which gives a message and send it on www.vigour.gomff@gmail.com. Selected Posters will be displayed on the day of grand finale.
7. Each participant will have to inform us the confirmation email on our mail Id: www.vigour.gomff@gmail.com
8. Selected film participants will have to submit their films in HD DVD.
9. The film must be original and non-disputed replica of any film will be rejected
10. The final winners for GOMFF will be announced on the day of grand finale.
11. The Festival committee Reserves the rights to accept or Refuse any film without assigning any reason whatsoever.
12. Gujarat one minute film festival 2015 reserves Right to use the film for promotion and public relation purpose.
13. The selected films will be dedicated to Traffic Police Ahmedabad as a part of social Responsibility of the organizer.
14. Film can be in any language but should be submitted with English or Hindi Subtitles.
15. No TA/DA to the (local) participants attending the festival.
16. Participants staying outside Ahmedabad whose films get selected will be provided free lodging. Any one participant/Representative from the particular team will be provided the stay.

17. Competition will be held in following categories:
1. BEST FILM
2. BEST DIRECTION
3. BEST CONCEPT
4. BEST EDITING
5. BEST CINEMATOGRAPHY
6. BEST ANIMATION
18. Trophy and Cash Prizes or Product will be given in each category.
19. The one minute film can be fiction, non- fiction or animation. Quality of the film should be HD/FULL HD. (telecast-worthy)
20. Each participant can send as many Entries as he or she likes with separate entry form and team.
21. Processing fees for Indians is Rs. 1000/- For Non-indian USD$25
22. The processing fee is Non-Refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
23. Make payment online. (Payment Procedure information will be given from 23rd July which will be available on www.vigourmedia.in )
24. Registrations/payments will be accepted from 25th july-2015, online.
25. This film festival is Organized on Non-Profitable basis and amount of prizes varies solely on sponsors.
26. List of selected films will be kept on our Website: www.vigourmedia.in and also on facebook page {https://www.facebook.com/GujaratOneMinuteFilmFestival2015}
27. One DVD of the same film must be sent to : 5/6 , ground floor, Milestone building, Nr Drive in Cinema, drive road, Thaltej-Ahmedabad-380054. Titled as “Gujarat one minute film festival-2015” selection purpose. No commercial value.
28. Participation in the festival implies acceptance of these rules and regulations.
29. GOMFF in their sole discretion, Disqualify films deemed to be in-appropriate or otherwise non-compliant.
30. Vigour films and television may add or amend these rules any time prior to the beginning of the competition, without informing the participants.
31. Participation in GOMFF implies the acceptance of all terms and condition listed above as well as the resolution by the organization of any problem not stated herein.
32. Ahmedabad Jurisdiction.
By agree below, I Accept that I have read, understood, and agreed to the details, Rules & Regulations of the Gujarat One Minute Film Festival and that to the best of my knowledge, the information that I have supplied is correct. I also agree that all matters, not covered by Rules & Regulations, and questions arising from them, will be decided by the Gujarat One Minute Film Festival Organizing Committee, and it will be binding on me. I also declare that I am authorized to submit the film for the Gujarat One Minute Film Festival and that there is no material in the film which is libelous or defamatory or untrue or violates any right of privacy or publicity or any person or group. I also indemnify the Gujarat One Minute Film Festival and hold them harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damage, costs, expenses and penalties arising out of my submitted film.
