Green Valley International is a film festival which support amateur and professional independent filmmakers around the world. Festival takes place in Istanbul/TURKEY.

GVISFF, which will be organized the first time this year. Especially supporting the films of young filmmakers, to bring them to the cinema and the chance of first show
,things like that are in our purposes. Besides, we think, art is a common language. And for this purpose, we want to bring together filmmakers from around the world in
our festival in Turkey. The festival will be organized in Istanbul (in a big movie theatre), and will last 3 days in total. On the last day of the festival, festival
will end with a grand award ceremony!

All participating filmmakers will be certified.

Rules & Terms

1 - PARTICIPANTS

The Festival allow any filmmaker to any age and country.

2 – TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

We accept fictional short films (from 1 to 40 minutes) and also documentaries shortfilms (from 1 to 40 minutes) from any country, year and genre. We admit any genre and topic.

You can also enter the film from other editions of the Festival except if you were selected or awarded. You can also send as many films as you want. Entries must be in the original version with English or Turkish subtitles. IF YOU DON'T HAVE ENGLISH SUBTITLE, YOUR MOVIES ARE NOT ACCEPT!

The Festival will be held on June 1, June 2 of 2018 in Beylikduzu (Istanbul, Turkey). On May 18, the grand prize ceremony will be held.
The films can be submitted up to May 11.

No returnable entry fees for the submission!

3 - RIGHTS
The owners of the rights of the films allow the film to be shown in the festival but also some extract of the films ( no more than 1 minute) for the promotion of the Festival. The posters and pictures sent to advert the films can be used also by the Festival to promote the event in the future.

4 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation in this Festival entails the acceptance of the current regulations. The festival keep the right of changing any rule if there is any mandatory reason and also declare a prize not awarded if the quality is not enough.
