I had a wonderful experience at this festival. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The program was well organized, giving viewers intermissions while offering filmmakers a free lunch. The award ceremony was catered and it made filmmakers feel good about themselves and the work they have done as filmmakers. I definitely look forward to taking part in this festival next year.

  • My short documentary was selected for this student film festival. Even though I wasn't able to attend the festival myself, the communication from the organizer has been pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend any students to submit their work to this film festival.

Cynthia and the entire Grand Foundation team put together a fantastic event. The program and poster design was compelling, the social media outreach spot-on, the speakers and jury panel all had interesting things to say, and the post-festival hors d'oeuvres were delicious! Truly, everything was top-notch and it was clear how hard everyone worked to put together a great event. My daughter and I had a wonderful time and can't wait to attend next year!
