Goodbye, Friend

"Goodbye, Friend" is a drama film that tells an emotional, uplifting story of a young 26-year-old woman named Jasmine. After the tragic death of her childhood best friend Ricky, Jasmine is seen going through traumatic grief. She feels guilty, remorseful, and responsible for Ricky's death. She tries to find some kind of answer or any kind of sign to make the pain stop and try to get over this event of her life, but things in her past and her mental state just won't let that happen. Her past is something that haunts her and eats her up inside and everything that has happened throughout the months of her grief for Ricky made things worse. Her journey is to find closure, and acceptance, forgive herself, and try to let go of the past and try to move forward.

Jalen Tellis is an African American director, writer, and producer known for writing and directing his first three films A Helping Hand (2021), Choices ( 2021 ), and At What Cost ( 2022 ), which those films were nominated and won awards throughout the process. Winning Best Director for his Film " At What Cost " winning Best Student Short & Won First place in his high school film festival for " Choices".
