Director Statement

After the old man died, his wife went to live in her daughter's family for a period of time and then returned to her own home. The courtyard is still the original courtyard, the house is the original house, but people are different. She said that there was a person missing in the house, everything changed and became cold and empty. In the home where she lived all her life, she could not even remember the comfort and cleanliness of the old days.
So she left. In her own words, she began to "wander" to her son's and daughter's home, and she had traveled more than once on planes she had never dreamed of before.
More than a decade has passed, and now she is nearly ninety years old. She said she often remembers the two trees with joined roots planted by her husband on the hillside of the village many years ago.
