Go and Tell Her
The end of Summer 2007 in a little Polish town. Fifteen-year-old Zoja comes from Ukraine with her older brother to trade at a local market. She breaks away from the duties to meet with a Polish friend - Iska. When Zoja comes to Iska’s house, she witnesses family mourning after a dead father. As girls spend the day together, Zoja realises that she has mistaken Iska's need of support for deeper feelings.

Aleksandra Maciejczyk was born in 1993 and graduated Lodz Film School. Her short documentary film Nils was awarded in International Documentary Film Festival in Swidnica. She took part in a screenwriting workshop MIDPOINT, held in FAMU. She was awarded with a Silver Dragon for her film Connected in International Short Films Competition at 59. Krakow Film Festival, which was screen at IDFA and Hot Docs.
