Giovanni Borrelli was born on June 5, 2000 in Cosenza.

Since childhood he has a great passion for cinema and theater.

After graduation, he enrolled in the DAMS at the University of Calabria, at the same time, in 2021 he created the "VeroSimile" Theater Company of Belsito, his hometown.

The Theater Company, over the years, has staged three comedies, two of which were written and directed by Borrelli himself.

In 2024, he wrote and directed the music video "Recordate de mie", on the song of the same name written by Triestino Marrelli and Roberto Bozzo for the Calabrian ethnic group Sabatum Quartet.
