Josh Owen is an award winning Dartmouth, Nova Scotian filmmaker. Working as a writer, director, animator and sound person- his goal is to create a short film for every letter of the alphabet as an opportunity to learn how to personally advance his style of cinematic storytelling technically and artistically. His short films employ imagination that try to speak to human emotion- each film starring some sort of different creature to tell a story about a universal humanistic struggle. Josh’s films have played Toronto After Dark, Festival Du Noveau Cinema, Regard, FIN: Atlantic International Film Festival and the Halifax Independent Filmmakers Festival.
" Ghoulish Galactic Grievances is a silent film with voice acting that takes undead trillion year old creatures and gives them sweet swampy hearts. "
