Director Biography - Reid Lauff, Parker McBain

Georgia to Maine's director duo met at the beginning of their first semester in college at the Florida State College of Motion Picture Arts. It didn't take long for the two of them to realize that they shared the exact same interests. Once given the opportunity to travel around the country to film a short documentary, Parker and Reid decided to pair up. From the beginning, they knew they wanted to document an adventure and they were thrilled to be able to work together on a project that they were both very passionate about.

We wanted to immerse ourselves in an unfamiliar world. Once we heard about Lane and Graham's story, we couldn't help but want to be a part of it. It became our goal to explore and capture a community of unique individuals who expressed a passion for nature and a tremendous amount of kindness to one another. We fell in love with the journey and hope to inspire others to take a step into the outdoors.
