English-Hungarian director and cinematographer George Perrin began his career in 2003 making short films.
His short drama, Immersed, about a young mother deciding to escape an abusive relationship, won best cinematography at BUSHO (Budapest Shortfilm Festival) in 2007 and was nominated for the Hungarian Society of Cinematographer's Golden Eye award.
Working as a freelance filmmaker in London and Budapest, he has made documentaries, educational videos and other commercial projects. His most recent work, the self-financed drama Father to Son, marks his return to the short fiction genre.
