Ganeesh Genus was born in Baltimore, Maryland and raised in West Palm Beach, FL. At 18, he moved to Queens, New York where he would study film at St. John's University. Currently, he attends The City College of New York where he is pursuing his MFA in Media Arts Production. In 2016, he released his short film, "GOOD MORNING," that was admitted into festivals in the U.S. and abroad, in cities like New York and Los Angeles, and countries like Nigeria, Poland, and Spain.
I love film. I love storytelling. I think film is a great, yet underrated medium, and I hope one day to become a true artist and a master of my craft.
