Sir Kamuran who is a retired diplomat is an owner and administrator of the Gamsız Apartment. Some issues happening in the apartment disturb Sir Kamuran because of coming administrator election. He tries to organize people in the apartment fearing that his own authority could be shaken but these issues are not as he thinks.
