Director Statement

Growing up, I swept the idea of native Australian cooking under the rug. Then I realised, we embrace Indigenous food from almost every culture on the planet, except our own. So I knew this story had to be told. Uncle Greg had an incredible love for family and cooking that I want to share with the rest of the world.
