India's first of its kind short film GOOD SAMARITAN SAVES LIFE-EXTENDED. Film produced by Kriti Productions under the Technical Support & Guidance of Dr. Veerendra Singh Rathore (DTO, Bhilwara & Road safety Gold Medalist-Expert). Film will be going to save life of many road accident victims. Film will support the Government of India (GoI) " Good Samaritan award scheme launched in Octo., 2021 by Ministry of Road Transport & Highways. First time it is initiated by Bhilwara District administration in the name of " Sadak Ke Pharishte" with leading role of DTO, Dr. Veerendra Singh Rathore. Further Rajasthan Govt. launched it in the name of " Jeevan Rakshak Yojna". Now the Government of India with the support of all states has launched it at national level & under which an incentive of Rs. 5000 will be provided to each Good Samaritan who helps the seriously injured road accident (happened with Motor Vehicles) victims to get him or her to hospital within Golden Hour (One hour) so that his or her life can be saved.

Original concept & story was his long back dream for the recognition of his father’s hard works & his contribution for family development.

He is also into Film Making & associated with Kriti Productions, Udaipur. He writes Scripts, Direct & Produce films including motivational Documentaries & Shorts. He is equally concern about Road Safety & voluntarily serving “Rajasthan Sadak Suraksha Society” a NGO as a Joint Secretary. He is Indian Achiever & awarded at National level in the year 2021 by Indian Wind Energy Forum for outstanding performance in the Wind Industry. He is also awarded with prestigious Bharat Gaurav Sanman Award. Dr. Rathore’ currently works as Deputy General Manager (Projects), Electrical at INOX Green Energy Services Ltd.

Dr. Rathore has 20 years of work experience in Project Management & Execution both at site & corporate. He has worked with various multinational companies like RSWM Ltd. (LNJ Bhilwara Group), Shree Cement (Bangur Group), Birla White, UltraTech cement Ltd. (Aditya Birla Group), Shiv-Vani Energy (Shiv-Vani Group), Godawari Green Energy (HIRA Group), INOX WIND (INOX Group) & Siemens Gamesa. He has been recognized at every organization for process improvements & cost savings. He worked in textile, coal thermal, cement, solar thermal, wind & solar PV industries. He famously says project management is mainly 4M (Money, Material, and Machine & Manpower) management. He was also offered job from a reputed energy company of Madagascar (Africa) for hybrid projects (solar, Wind & HFO) projects but couldn’t join due to the Covid19 pandemic.

Dr. Rathore gets his inspiration close at home, from his father Th. Ummed Singh Ji Rathore who is an accomplished farmer. To share his admiration for his father with the world, Dr Rathore went on to write, produce & direct an award winning documentary film titled “EK RAJPUT KISAN-THE REAL STORY” based on his father. A resident of Singawal, Tehsil-Bhinay, Masuda in Ajmer district of Rajasthan. Shri Ummed Singh ji Rathore is an advanced farmer who has been doing agricultural research for the last 53 years. His father’s sudden death when he was young and the many trials and tribulations he faced in his life like accidentally fall in the well with engine & trolley, electrocution and two strokes didn’t stop him from achieving success. He is credited with being the first to utilize electricity and certified fertilizers in the village and training the villagers to do the same. He was awarded the Agriculture Award by the state Government in 1986 and was sent for training to the Motilal Nehru Farmers' Training Institute, Phulpur, Allahabad now Prayagraj. Despite his current health issues, he still works on his farms with the same passion as he has his entire life. The documentary film made on his life has received more than 35 prestigious national and international awards so far including the World Film Carnival Singapore, South Film and Arts Academy festival, and Indo Singapore International Film festival, JIFF, RIFF, CIFF and many others.

Along with consistent efforts for the farmers' progress, he has granted his 10 Bigha land which is adjacent to national highway NH48, Singawal, Ajmer to Rajasthan Sadak Suraksha Society, a NGO working for Road Safety to set up a "Regional Driving Training Center (RTDC). This is first of its kind institute in the Rajasthan State which is constructed under Central & State scheme & will impart driving training. It will definitely reduce road accidents and provide employment in transport deptt.This land is hypothecated to Government of India for 35 years.
In a family of achievers, his elder brother Dr. Veerendra Singh Rathore (DTO, Bhilwara) is also a gold medalist in Road Safety & won state & national award for his consistent contributions in the road safety.
