Awards & Prizes

During the Bi-Monthly Competition, our distinguished Jury will carefully evaluate and recognize the outstanding performances of Best Actors and Best Directors through exclusive private screenings. These screenings will provide a unique and intimate opportunity for the Jury to assess each submission in depth.

All winners of the Bi-Monthly Competition will receive a prestigious Winner Laurel, symbolizing their achievement in the festival. Additionally, they will be awarded an Official Certificate in digital format, which will be ready for printing and can be proudly displayed. Winners will also be prominently featured on our official website, providing them with recognition and visibility within the global film community. Furthermore, all awardees will have the opportunity to upload their credits to IMDb, ensuring their accomplishment is recognized within the wider industry.

To commemorate their victory, a custom-designed trophy will be available for purchase by all winners. This unique and carefully crafted award will serve as a lasting reminder of their success and contribution to the festival.

On January 2026 we will be hosting our first annual event in Los Angeles, California. We're looking forward to seeing your submissions!

Rules & Terms

Submission Guidelines for The GOAT Festival

What We Accept:
We welcome films from a diverse range of genres, formats, and lengths. Please note that non-English films must include English subtitles.

What We Do Not Accept:
Amateur videos or low-quality productions.
Films that promote extremist or political propaganda, religious content, or controversial ideologies.
Pornographic content.
Films with technical issues (poor sound, lack of subtitles or captions for non-English films, video resolution lower than 720p HD).
Script submissions.
Excerpts or scenes from films, only complete films will be accepted.

Important Notes Before Submitting:
By submitting your film to The GOAT Festival, you agree to the following:

Promotional Use:
The GOAT Festival reserves the right to use excerpts from your film (such as trailers, teasers, posters, and stills) for promotional purposes. These materials may be featured on our website and in social media campaigns. Films will not be available for public viewing online.

Entry Limits:
Filmmakers may submit multiple films and may submit each film to multiple categories. However, the categories available for each film will be determined based on its genre and content.

Trophies:
Trophies are optional and not included in the submission fee. All winners have the option to purchase a trophy, with production and shipping costs paid separately.

Film Removal:
The festival jury reserves the right to remove films from the competition at any time for failure to meet standards or violations of our guidelines.

Entry Fees:
Entry fees are non-refundable. Please review all requirements before submitting your film.

Film Rights & Screening Authorization:
By submitting your film, you certify that you have the legal right to submit your work and authorize its possible screening (private or public). You also agree to hold The GOAT Festival harmless from any claims related to copyright, credits, publicity, screening, and video loss or damage.
