GAyME
The story of how a little girl tries to find her own path while she’s up against a dominant mother who’s trying to decide her life for her. The conflict between the two characters is translated by playing a board game loosely based on “The Game of Life” (also known simply as “Life”). The mother tries to protect her daughter from suffering and discomfort and would therefore prefer for her child to choose the standard path through life. She wants her child to go with the flow and follow the model route. The daughter sees this differently; she wants to choose her own path and gladly faces the uncertainties and obstacles that come with that choice head-on.
