Future Sculpturing

Where stone whispers of gods and time stands still, the future pirouettes into view. Future Sculpturing invites you into a playful paradox—where hands mold the ephemeral, drones hold blueprints of golden ratios, floating as whimsical muses between the ancient and the artificial, snails drift weightlessly—a fusion of life’s mathematics and augmented dreams.

It’s a dance of spirals and simulations, of echoes and illusions—where shells and algorithms meet, and the boundaries of reality gleefully blur. A wink from history, a nod to tomorrow, and a question: what does the future sculpt in you?

Director Statement

In a world where reality is often bent and distorted by the digital age, I wanted to explore what happens when we attempt to merge the classical with the contemporary. Sculptures like the "Ohrmuschel" (the ear-shell) and snails carry with them echoes of natural patterns, yet in Future Sculpturing, they exist in an alternate space, lifted by the winds of drones, guided by the golden ratio that binds the universe together.

This project is a celebration of Simulacra, where reality morphs into imitation, and the boundaries between what’s real and what’s virtual blur. It's about more than just recreating the past—it's about creating new worlds where your perception and interaction with art are as fluid and shifting as the very technology that shapes it.

Future Sculpturing challenges you to ask: Are we witnessing the evolution of art, or is this just another layer of simulation? Welcome to the future—where imagination, history, and technology are endlessly sculpted in new dimensions.
