Although I wasn't able to attend the festival, I was honored to have my short film screened for such a beautiful cause. Congrats to the organizers for a heartfelt weekend and a great outcome with the fundraiser to help our furry friends. I hope more festivals in the future will contribute and help shelters around the country. See you next time!! Thank you all.

My film was accepted by the 2nd Annual Furry Burque Film Festival. From start to finish, I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this fest! I traveled from out of town and had a nice long weekend visiting the “Q”, Santa Fe and Taos. The film fest is shown at a cute retro cinema in a funky artsy district of Albuquerque. The folks that run the fest and the animal rescue that is the recipient fund raiser were very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this film fest for anyone who wants to share their human/animal stories.

A terrific film festival! I had my handkerchiefs out more than once, as some films were really touching. A real "mixed bag" of submissions and very well done! Hope to have another entry in again next year. Congratulations!

I wasn't able to attend Furry Burque, so I can't answer to some of the review criteria like networking and hospitality, but I can say that the communication and organization was top notch. I also really appreciate the overall mission of this festival to raise money for animals in need. I'm so happy I was able to be part of their mission!
