FICTION
The dancers move in imaginary spaces through different emotional states in an abstract story: sensuality, search, breaking out, but also tenderness and intimacy. A journey of encounters, secrets, strength and fragility in the desire for emotional connection.

Did Schaffer, artistic director and choreographer of the group Raumflucht.
Since the 90s she has been going her own way as an artist and choreographer. She was influenced by the exploration of various dance techniques and the collaboration with visual artists, musicians and a light artists. She develops her own language of form; places, spaces, architecture form the focal point of her dance scenes. In her latest works "Raumflucht in Berlin" (2014 - 2015), "Dialog" (2016 - 2017) and 2019 Passage, she uses dance scenes in special spaces of modern architecture, as video installations for live performances. In addition, she directly uses the conditions of special places in various performances, as in the performance for the inauguration of the light installation "Panta Rei" by Christian Herdeg in the underground car park, Irchelpark, University of Zurich 2021, and the dance film project, Front-Side Barcelona, in Barcelona 2023.
"I take space as a point of reference in terms of content in order to show the people who move in it in all their sensuality, vulnerability and power".
