The fatherless son of an immigrant's daughter who survived the mean streets of Chicago to be the first to graduate college. Performing as an actor and singer until true love and five children came along, Robert reinvented himself as dad and provider to become an entrepreneur, teacher, and coach. Now is the time to roll a lifetime of living and learning into the love of telling compelling stories for the screen.
In "From Capone, With Love," I've chosen to portray the iconic figure of Al Capone as a regular fun-loving guy that was going to do what it takes regardless of career path. Options for advancement were limited for an Italian-American in those days, and with every choice Al makes, he finds himself deeper in it. This is the first Capone story to bring his formative years to the forefront and his lifelong love and wife, Mae, to life in vivid colors. Who would know the man better than his life partner?
