From 0to0 - Second Edition - Etna Volcano

After the 0 edition of the King of the Apuan Alps, the second stage of the project features the highest active volcano on the Eurasian plate, Etna.
From zero to zero, in 12 hours. On October 26, 2020, Lanfri sets off from the Aci Trezza seafront, a hamlet of Aci Castello at zero meters, on his bike, ready to tackle the 37 kilometers that separate him from the Citelli refuge 1714 meters above sea level in the north-east area of ​​Etna. From here, via bike and changing prosthesis, he begins the climb towards the 3,357 meters of the highest peak of the volcano. Once at the summit, the adventure is only halfway done, a new goal: returning to sea level in Catania. 90 kilometers in total, 3650 meters of positive and negative altitude difference, all in one breath, choosing the most difficult route, completing the crossing from the north-east to the southern side.

A project of courage and tenacity that demonstrates how important it is to develop confidence in one's own abilities and potential, overcoming the limits imposed by life.
