From 0to0 - First Edition - The King of the Apuan Alps

From 0 to 0 means starting from sea level and returning to zero altitude. Where is he going? On a mountain of course!

Paralympic athlete Andrea Lanfri is the protagonist of this project that involves covering the distance from the sea to the mountain in an alternation of sports disciplines: starting on a bike, quickly changing gear (shoes/feet/blades/prosthesis...) and non-stop climbing towards the summit, returning to the base and changing gear again to reach the sea... running.

From zero to zero, in 12 hours. On September 26, 2020, Lanfri sets off from the Lerici seafront (La Spezia) on his bike, ready to tackle the 60 kilometers that separate him from the Val Serenaia refuge, at the foot of Monte Pisanino. From here, via bike and changing prosthesis, he begins the climb towards the 1946 meters of the highest peak of the Apuan Alps. Having reached the summit, the adventure is only halfway… another change of prosthesis and return to the sea of ​​Lerici, this time running.
