Some people grew up not sure what they would be, I grew up sure i was made for the camera, whether behind or in front of it. From acting club in school to a photography career and directing, I've been in the creative space most part of my adult life. You know you love a job when you'd do it for free, this is the only job I could possibly do for free.
Coming from the eastern part of Nigeria, most parents would want you to be either a doctor or an engineer. So it was not easy convincing my family that this was what I wanted for me. My other jobs in the creative circle has opened me up to more stories and more perspectives, which has helped so much in how I see film.
It's a long journey to the top, but I'm working everyday and getting better. Film to me is more then the business, it's always an exploration and life is indeed a miracle
