Rip Roarer Productions was founded in 2017 by filmmakers Fiona Lincke and Frank J. Dion. Recruited staff is: Associate Producer and Webmaster, Gavin X. Clement.
Frank J. Dion was raised in Seattle, Washington and helps head out Rip Roarer Productions. Frank has directed and choreographed over 14 musicals, and wrote the book "Fingers Bleed" which teaches kids how to write songs.
Frank holds an undergraduate degree in Dance from the Cornish Institute of Fine Arts (Cornish College) (1984) as well as an undergraduate degree in Special Education: Mild to Moderate (2001). He also has a Master's Degree in Education from California State University - Northridge (2004).
Frank has worked both sides of the camera in film and television, together with his own written, produced, composed and directed films alongside his own production company.
