Post-Graduation in Multimedia Arts at Fine Arts University of Lisbon. She studied Architecture and Cinema in Lisbon.
In 2017 she began a trilogy in the Azores islands of S.Miguel and Pico, with the video installation “Catherine or 1786” at the Arquipélago - Contemporary Arts Centre and “Seven days with the sea on my left hand” (2024), premiered at Curtas Vila do Conde. The documentary “Courage of Lassie” (2009) and “Avenida 211” (2018) were both awarded and belong to the Peter Meeker and EDP Foundation collections. Since 2008 she has collaborated with national and international creators in co-authoring, directing, cinematography and editing.
In 2011, she was awarded an international internship - INOV-Art in Cinema, where she was part of the Forumdoc.bh team - 15th Festival of documentary and ethnographic film in Belo Horizonte. Later and due to her experience in Brazil, she debuted as an actress in the feature film "Where i grow old" (2015), by Marília Rocha. A big winner at the 49th Brasília Cinema Festival - best actress award. She also collaborated as an actress in the film "Those who move" (2025), by Stephanie Ricci; in the film installation "Bi" (2019), by Emilly Wardill for the "Night for Day" exhibition, Secession, Vienna and in the series "Oilgarve: against oil in Portugal" (2016), by Inhabitants.
