Francis Hibbs is a filmmaker based in New Jersey. Francis works as a freelance Director, Editor and Writer on local independent film productions in the Tri-State area. He is a graduate of Full Sail University and received the “Course Director’s Award” in Film Production. Hibbs wrote and directed the short thriller film, City of Dreams which is selected to show at the NJIIFF in August of 2019. Inspired by Directors such as Stanley Kubrick, George Romero and David Lynch, Francis wants to show viewers his creative mind, allowing them to utilize their imagination.
