Samantha Warren is a 23-year-old artist who grew up using art and characters as a form of escapism from her difficult childhood. Starting from Saturday Morning cartoons, she began creating characters with their own unique stories and worlds. Upon entering college, she took these characters and worlds and created animations around them.
This story was created for my final in my Animation Portfolio class. This however is merely a piece of an entire story, a fragment if you will. The basic idea of David’s story has been in the works for a while now, but the animation gave me a chance to refine and streamline it for the casual viewer; something I hope to do with more stories from my world of Fragments.
