"Founders of Time" - Auramics

(Tick tock, tick tock. Tick tock, tick tock.) Being quite inspired by the electronic music pioneers Daphne Oram and Delia Derbyshire (the composer of Doctor Who's Theme Song) who worked at the BBC Radiophonic Workshop and their technique/medium of Musique Concrète, Radiophonics, Spoken Word and Hauntology, this video explores an aural and visual exploration into the medium using stop motion and layering techniques. The imagery, lyrics and music all created under the same lens to immerse the viewer in this fantastical, almost Alice In Wonderland-esque world. I hear the clocks, but I cannot find them. "Madness and Malaise" "The clocks they turn."

"Founders of Time" is the music video for the New York/LA based duo Auramics that was directed/animated/edited by Kristi Scarvelis the singer/musician of the band.
