Leo is a 20 year old Writer-Director-Cinematographer eager to endeavour on ever more ambitious projects, uncovering sensitive inter-personal, individual and social issues for audiences. Up to now Leo has created many fiction shorts, under the guise of ‘thinc. film’. The most recent of these films is Elevator Blues which, after successfully reaching its crowd funding goal of £2000, Leo also produced. Currently the film is being submitted to festivals, and has already been accepted and nominated for awards. Through covering a large range of styles and genres Leo has been able to identify his strengths, and weaknesses, within the medium. Alongside practical filmmaking Leo is achieving a BA in theoretical film, in order to cement a full range of knowledge and understanding of the field. He is very ambitious to create a breadth of work, so he can make a profound mark on cinema – just as those who have inspired him have in the past.
