Director Biography - Nicolle Danielle Trujillo

Nicolle Trujillo is an independent filmmaker from East Los Angeles now based in Brooklyn, New York. She works at Sony Pictures Entertainment and is the Communication Chair for VOZ. An employee business resource group within Sony that unites Latinos in and out of the office through engaging events. Trujillo has participated as a Judge for the Imagen Foundation’s, 37th & 38th Annual Imagen Award Show. Reviewed 20 hours of content to support and encourage the inclusion of Latino talent, executives, and voices in all aspects of the creative process in entertainment media to assure accurate, meaningful portrayals of the Latino community. Nicolle is passionate about sharing stories about the Latino experience to inspire the younger generations. Representation matters.
