Director Statement

I first met the voice of Shellie Morris one hot summer's day stood in a crowded park for the Yabun Festival in Sydney. The two superb voices of Shellie & Djakapurra & a song they sang called Footsteps tore through my soul. Filling my eyes with tears. At that moment I knew I had to find & work with Shellie… I tracked her down and upon meeting face to face it felt like we had known each other for decades. It was meant to be. The music video was the result.
