Director Biography - Marcel Ghosn

Marcel Ghosn studied at the USJ (IESAV). He obtained two licenses and a master degree: Degree in Theatre in 2002, Degree in audio-visual in 2005 and a master in Research in Cinema in 2012 with honors. Actually, he is completing his Phd Degree in Theatre. The subject: “The impact of the digital technology and the motion capture on the film actor”. He began his career as Theatre Director. Marcel participated in several international theatre workshops, where he learned different theatre techniques such as: Stanislavski, Strasberg, Meisner, Spolin, Grotowski, Dalcroze, Tchekhov, Lecoq, Commedia dell’ Arte, etc
He won several Theatre Awards like: The LAU Festival Award for his play “Roberto Zucco” (2002), and 2 awards in 2017 and 2018 during the “Rencontres Théâtrales Francophones” on plays based on Improvisation and Choregraphy.
