At its core, “Focus” is about healing, connection, and the enduring power of memories. It explores how grief can isolate us from the people we love and how shared experiences, like the simple act of repairing a vintage camera, can rebuild lost connections. Through the journey of Aya and Amahle, the film shows that even in the depths of sorrow, there is hope and that the bonds of family can bring light back into our lives. It's a story of finding solace in the past to embrace the present, using the timeless art of photography to capture and cherish moments
of joy and love.
