I'm from West Bridgewater, Ma, and went to school at West Bridgewater Middle-Senior High School. I then recently graduated from there in 2021. I currently attend Bridgewater State University for Communications and Media. I'm planning on becoming a sports field reporter. I currently volunteer at the local cable channel (WBCAM) where I interned as the reporter for basketball and football games. I have won the New England All-Scholastic Press Association in Journalism Award for a new segment on "The Vaping Ban." Along with a Tv Production award for my impact on the high school's tv program.
I did this for my school project because of wanting to learn more about who he was. I was young when he passed so, I figured it would be good and meaningful for not my family, younger cousins who didn't meet him, but for my town. He had a great impact that is still carried by my family today, and I wanted to continue it through this piece that will last a lifetime.
