Created by Greg Ropp, President of the Eerie Horror Film Festival, & Spirit Quest Film Festival, & John Walkiewicz, Vice-President of the Eerie Horror Film Festival, movie producer, & a veteran of local media.

The Flagship City International Film Festival was formed in order to present our audiences with a diverse selection of some of the best independent films from around the world while providing our selected filmmakers and screenwriters with the exposure they deserve for all of their hard work and efforts.

Be sure you read our rules very closely and contact us if you have any questions about the following.

Please note that you can upload your film and submit it to us via Secure Online Screener (this is by far the fastest and least expensive way to get your film to us). You DO NOT have to send us physical copies of your films using this option.

If sending by mail - be sure to include TWO copies of your DVD (NTSC or Region Free only) in separate cases/sleeves. This allows us to pass the films around to our judges in a shorter time frame.

All films must have been completed after January 2013.

Foreign films must be dubbed or presented in their original language with English language subtitles.

Student Film entries MUST be prepared and entry forms filled out and signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Any attempt by someone 18 years or older to enter the Student category (which is for ages 10 - 17 only) will result in immediate disqualification. We do check.

If selected for screening, we will request an Exhibition copy of your film on DVD/BluRay or digital file.

A Press Kit is not required nor requested.

Film selections and screenplay finalists will be announced on or around May 8, 2017.
