Director Statement

When I saw outdoorsman and camp stove cook Harrison Ward (aka Fell Foodie) share his moving story on Instagram, I knew it needed to be told through a short, documentary film. Not only is it an inspiring film about how the outdoors was a catalyst for change in Harrison's life, but the cooking element was something different that I'd never seen in an adventure film before. To shoot this film with Harrison in the heart of the Lake District was a pleasure, and I hope people take inspiration from the narrative, and joy from the stunning landscape scenes that accompany it.
