Director Biography - Cecelia Hedditch

Cecelia graduated in 2013 from the Victorian College of the Arts, Film & Television School, Melbourne, Australia.

Having grown up in a small town with two artistic parents who were often involved in Arts Festivals, she has a background in the Documentation of Community Cultural Development Art Projects in Regional Victoria, Australia.

Cecelia is enjoying developing her voice in cinema, but is currently drawn to short poetic projections of the human condition.

Director Statement

Fire in the Belly short film is a story set in my home town, shot in my home town and made with community members who were mentored by a small film crew.
