Firebowl's Adventures

Firebowl’s Adventures is an animated short story of a curious little dragon. This story is about a dragon who ventures off too far. This results in some ground rules being broken, as he tumbles off his planet and gets lost.

Throughout life we are taught that whenever we make a mistake, it is important that you learn your lesson, so you don’t make the mistake again. But in this case, Firebowl’s Adventures teaches us that even in the worst times when we feel lost, it is important to see the brighter side of things. Although Firebowl is lost on a planet that was unfamiliar to him, he is welcomed by someone. His new friend helps him cheer up and find joy in his predicament.

Through the use of bright colours and textures, the animation depicts the feeling of childhood innocence, curiosity and exploration. The scribbled chalk like texture brings with it a nostalgic feeling as these are the materials you would have used as a child while drawing.
