Festival du Court métrage Marocain de Rabat also known as the Rabat Moroccan Short Film Festival is organized by the ARTESCENCE club, for art and culture; a club of the Ribat Al Fath association for Sustainable Development. The Moroccan Short Film Festival in Rabat is an artistic and cultural event with many objectives:

1- Encourage the emergence of new talents;
2- Enrich the cultural offer of the city of Rabat;
3- Create a space for discussion and debate for moviegoers.

All international winning films in all categories will be awarded a cash price of $3500 and a Plaque. Runner-ups will be awarded a cash price of $1500 and $1000 respectively and a diploma certificate

Cash prices are awarded only to the Director/Producer of the winning films.

All short films made and produced during the years 2021 to 2023 can enter the official competition.

These films simply have to meet three conditions:

- Short film - according to the definition accepted by the CCM (a maximum of 30 minutes):
- Moroccan/International - production or realization.:
- Festival worthy film.

The organizing committee is responsible for receiving the films in competition on a fixed date. After viewing, the pre-selection committee will draw up the list of works selected for the competition.
