The Arganda International Film Festival is organized by the City Council of Arganda del Rey, Madrid, Spain.
1. CALL AND PARTICIPATION
The Arganda del Rey City Council announces the third edition of the International Film Festival on December 14, 2019, which consists of two sections: International Prize and City of Arganda Award.
Participation is open to all film producers and filmmakers who present films of national or international production.

2. AWARDS
ARGANDA FILM FESTIVAL AWARDS
- The following Jury prize is established in the international section:
o First Prize Short Film of the Jury with 2,000 Euros *
o Second Prize Short of the Jury endowed with 1000 Euros *
o Best Short Film of the Public endowed with 1000 Euros *
ARGANDA CITY AWARD
- The following City of Arganda award is established:
or Best Short Film City of Arganda with 1000 Euros *
o 2 Special Mentions Best Short Film City of Arganda.
* The corresponding withholding of the Tax Agency will be made from this amount
3. REQUIREMENTS
For both sections:
The spoken works will be presented in Spanish, or with subtitles in this language.
- Each participant may submit as many works as they wish.
- The production date will not be prior to the year 2018 inclusive
- The authors will be responsible for the rights of their works.
4. REQUIREMENTS FILM FESTIVAL AWARDS OF ARGANDA
- In the case of the international section, the duration of the short films submitted to the international prize will not exceed 30 minutes in the case of the international prize
5. CITY OF ARGANDA PRIZE REQUIREMENTS
- In the case of the City of Arganda section, the duration of the short films will not exceed 1 minute including credits.
- In the case of the City of Arganda section, it is an indispensable requirement to house in the short film at least one exterior scene shot in some recognizable place in the city of Arganda Del Rey.
- In the case of the City of Arganda section, films filmed and / or edited with any type of camera or mobile phone may be presented.
6. REGISTRATION AND PRESELECTION
The deadline for submission of the works is established from November 18, 2019 to December 6, 2019. A link will be sent with the video, along with the requested data, in the participation form available on the “Arganda Platform” Participate ”in the following link: https://participa.ayto-arganda.es/
