Festival Internacional De Cortometrajes Cine Mundo Online

1. Se aceptan trabajos de todo tipo mientras que no incurran en difundir y estimular la vulneración de los derechos de los animales o los seres humanos.

2. No se aceptan films en donde se avale el racismo, la violencia de género y todo tipo de diferenciación de las personas por credo, nacionalidad o situación económica de los individuos.

3. Los films no deben de exceder los 20 minutos de duración en cualquiera de sus categorías.

4. Los films ganadores deben estar en condiciones de ser difundidos por redes sociales ya que ese es el medio ONLINE el elegido por el festival.

5. Se aceptan films de cualquier año.

6. Los subtítulos son una condición ineludible para los films que no estén realizados en idioma español. Se sugiere a los films en español que igualmente acompañen sus producciones con subtítulos en ese idioma para favorecer a las diferentes capacidades auditivas que existen entre las personas.

7. A los films ganadores se le podrá pedir que entreguen el correspondiente permiso para su emisión en las redes de Facebook y Youtube. Al momento de la emisión en caso de necesitarse ese permiso la Dirección del Festival Cine Mundo debera poder presentarlo para la emisión del material. Caso contrario se retirará el ejemplar del festival el film pues la condición del Festival Cine Mundo es la difusión del material por medio online.

8. Una categoría puede declararse desierta de no haber en ella exponente que pueda ser elegido como ganador de la misma.

9. El Festival está orientado al público joven y adulto. No hay categorías que incluyan material para la niñez.

10. Si la situación de la pandemia cambia lo suficiente y es factible de realizar una presentación con espectadores y sala, el Festival tendrá la opción de realizar la muestra en sala en paralelo a la emisión online.

11. El festival es totalmente gratuito y no percibe ningún dinero de publicidad o entradas por ninguna de sus emisiones online o presenciales.

12. La emisión de los films es en días sucesivos y por única vez. Los films no quedan de online.

13. El Festival puede recategorizar los films para su mejor evaluación.

14. Las categorías pueden ser ampliadas para dar cuenta de la diversidad del material que es inscripto.

1. Works of all kinds are accepted as long as they do not incur in spreading and stimulating the violation of the rights of animals or human beings.

2. Films that endorse racism, gender violence and all kinds of differentiation of people by creed, nationality or economic situation of individuals are not accepted.

3. Films must not exceed 20 minutes in length in any of their categories.

4. The winning films must be able to be broadcast on social networks since this is the ONLINE medium chosen by the festival.

5. Films of any year are accepted.

6. Subtitles are an unavoidable condition for films that are not made in Spanish. It is suggested that films in Spanish also accompany their productions with subtitles in that language to favor the different listening abilities that exist between people.

7. Winning films may be asked to provide the corresponding permission for broadcast on the Facebook and YouTube networks. At the time of the broadcast, if such permission is needed, the Direction of the Cine Mundo Festival must be able to present it for the broadcast of the material. Otherwise the copy of the film festival will be removed as the condition of the Cine Mundo Festival is the dissemination of the material online.

8. A category can be declared void if there is no exponent in it that can be chosen as the winner of the category.

10. If the situation of the pandemic changes enough and it is feasible to make a presentation with spectators and the hall, the Festival will have the option of holding the exhibition in parallel to the online broadcast.

11. The festival is completely free and does not receive any advertising or ticket money for any of its online or in-person broadcasts.

12. The broadcast of films is on successive days and for the only time. The films are not online.

13. The Festival can recategorize the films for their best evaluation.

14. The categories can be expanded to account for the diversity of the material that is inscribed.
