BASES Y CONDICIONES
01. LUGAR Y FECHA
El Festival Cordillera se realizara del 4 al 8 de septiembre del 2019, en la provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
02. OBJETIVOS
Festival Cordillera es un espacio de muestra, promoción, difusión y representación de lo mejor del cine ecuatoriano, argentino y sus culturas, uno de los objetivos principales es la descentralización.
Festival Cordillera es símbolo del enlace entre los diferentes países de la región, se propone unir a las naciones andinas y traspasar sus fronteras mediante la circulación de sus producciones cinematográficas con contenido de calidad, técnica y realización.
03. SECCIONES
Festival Cordillera prioriza los contenidos relacionados con los Derechos Humanos, además de Interculturalidad, Inclusión, Juventud y LGBTIQA+.
COMPETENCIA INTERNACIONAL DE LARGOMETRAJES ECUATORIANOS Y ARGENTINOS.
Abierta a obras de más de 60 minutos de duración, ecuatorianas y argentinas de cualquier género: ficción, documental, experimental, etc.
(Si la película no fuese hablada en español, deberá contar con subtítulos en ese idioma para su proyección).
COMPETENCIA INTERNACIONAL DE CORTOMETRAJES Y/O VIDEOS MUSICALES ECUATORIANOS Y ARGENTINOS.
Abierta a obras ecuatorianas y argentinas con una duración máxima de 20 minutos de cualquier género: ficción, documental, musical, animación, experimental, etc.
(Si la película no fuese hablada en español, deberá contar con subtítulos en ese idioma para su proyección)
PROYECCIONES ESPECIALES.
Programación de películas fuera de competencia.
ACTIVIDADES ESPECIALES.
Talleres, charlas formativas, conversatorios.
04. PREMIOS
PREMIO CORDILLERA.
Festival Cordillera otorga el premio a la producción ecuatoriana. Valoriza el uso dramático, narrativo, técnicas de la producción cinematográfica, en relación al género.
PREMIO DEL PÚBLICO
El público asistente a las salas, otorgan su voto después de cada función. La producción del festival entrega papeletas para que sean votadas y depositadas en ánfora cerrada. El equipo realiza un conteo de votos y mediante esta acción se elige al ganador de la producción argentina.
05. PRESENTACIÓN DE LAS OBRAS
La fecha límite de inscripción y recepción es el 8 de julio del 2019.
Los interesados deberán completar el formulario con los datos requeridos para la inscripción on-line y enviar un link privado de visionado.
La inscripción al Festival Cordillera deberá ser realizada por quienes posean los derechos sobre la obra sean los productores o realizadores, es totalmente gratuita.
La convocatoria está abierta para largometrajes, cortometrajes y/o videos musicales, ecuatorianas y argentinas hasta el año 2019.
Las temáticas de contenidos son: Derechos Humanos, Interculturalidad, Inclusión, Juventud y LGBTIQA+.

06. DERECHOS DE AUTOR
Ante la organización del Festival Cordillera los directores, realizadores, productores, que inscriben las obras detentan los derechos de exhibición que presentan; en cualquier caso la organización se exime de cualquier responsabilidad que pueda derivarse de la infracción de estas bases.
07. SELECCIÓN
La selección oficial podrá consultarse en la página web oficial www.festivalcordillera.com
Se comunicara los resultados de la selección oficial a los inscriptos entre el 18 y 19 de Julio del 2019.
Si los inscriptos no son notificados o no constan en las publicaciones oficiales de selección del Festival Cordillera, se entenderá que su obra no fue seleccionada y no forma parte de la programación.
*Una vez seleccionada la película, la misma no podrá ser retirada de la programación.
Las obras seleccionadas deberán proveer a la organización del Festival Cordillera:
Una copia de la película con calidad de proyección hablada o subtitulada en español.
4 imágenes de la película de alta calidad en formato digital.
Ficha técnica y sinopsis de la obra.
El material será utilizado para la reproducción de la gráfica, redes sociales oficiales, sitio web.
Como parte de la programación oficial, el inscripto autoriza a la organización del Festival Cordillera difundir la utilización de un máximo de tres minutos de su película, para la difusión y comunicación audiovisual, prensa, redes sociales, medios web, así como el equipo técnico, información de la obra, y el nombre.
08. ACEPTACIÓN DE LAS BASES
Las actividades son de carácter gratuito para la muestra, promoción, difusión de las producciones audiovisuales y las actividades especiales del Festival Cordillera.
La inscripción es de total aceptación por parte de los participantes.
Los organizadores del Festival Cordillera, para una mejor ejecución de ser necesario se podrán editar las disposiciones y normas complementarias.

02. OBJECTIVES
Festival Cordillera is a space of exhibition, promotion, diffusion and representation of the best from the ecuadorian and argentinian film and their cultures, being the decentralization one of the principal objectives of the festival.
Festival Cordillera is a symbol of bonding between the different countries of the region, it proposes to join the andean nations and cross their borders through the circulation of their cinematic productions whit content of quality, technique and realization.
03. SECTIONS
Festival Cordillera prioritizes the contents related to Human Rights, in addition to contents of Interculturality, Inclusion, Youth and LGBTIQA+.

Open to ecuadorian and argentinian works with a extention of no more than 20 minutes from any gender: Fiction, Documental, Musical, Animation, Experimental, etc.
(If the movie would not be spoken in spanish, it must contain subtittles in this languaje).
SPECIAL PROJECTIONS
Programming of movies out of the competence.
SPECIAL ACTIVITIES
Workshops, formative talks, conversations.
04. AWARDS
CORDILLERA AWARD
Festival Cordillera grants the Award to the Ecuadorian production. Values the dramatic, narrative use, cinematic production techniques, related to the gender.
AWARD TO THE PUBLIC
The public assistent to the rooms, give their voting after each projection. The production of the festival gives ballots for being voteds and deposited into closed amphoras. The team realizes a counting of the votes and through this action the argentinian production winner is chosen.
05. PRESENTATION OF WORKS
The inscription and reception deadline is on July 8th, 2019.
The interested people must complete the application form with the required information for the on-line inscription and send a private link of viewing.
The inscription to Festival Cordillera will must be done by who own the rights of the works, being producers or doers, it's totally free.
The announcement is open for ecuadorian and argentinian long and short films, and/or musical videos made until 2019.
The themes of contents are: Human Rights, Interculturality, Inclusion, Youth and LGBTIQA+.

06. AUTHOR RIGHTS
Considering the organization of Festival Cordillera, the directors, makers, producers, that inscribe their works, detent the rights of exhibition they present; in any case the organization exempts any responsability derived frok the infraction of this bases.
07. SELECTION
The official selection could be consulted in the official website www.festivalcordillera.com.
The results will be communiqued to the inscribed people between the 18th and 19th of July of 2019.
If the inscribed are not notified or do not consist into the officials publications of Festival Cordillera selection lists, it will be understood, they do not form part of the program.
*Once the movie is selected, it will not be removed from the program. The selected works must provide to the organization of Festival Cordillera:
A copy of the movie, with a projection quality spoken or subtitled in spanish.
4 pictures about the movie in high quality.
Data sheet and synopsis of the work.
The material will be used for graphic reproduction, social media and website.
As part of the official program, the inscript person allows the organization of Festival Cordillera to spread the use of three minutes of his work, for the diffusion and audiovisual communication, press, social media, websites, including the technique support, work information and the name.
08. ACCEPTATION OF THE BASES
The activities are of a gratuitous character for the shown, promotion, diffusion of the audiovisual productions and special activities of Festival Cordillera.
The inscription is of total acceptance from the participants.
The organization of Festival Cordillera, for a better execution, should modify dispositions and complementary rules, if it is needed.
