(1) It shall take place from 28 to 30 april 2023 and may participate in performers of any nationality.

2) Fiction short films, documentary, video clips, webseries, experimental, with a maximum duration of 45 minutes can participate in
any genre..
3) Work must have been completed after January 1
2021.

7) The works will be selected by a shortlist committee that will determine which rtometrajes attend the Official Short Film Section and which will compete.
8) The organization will agree on the date and order of exhibition of the films, buying to screen them only within the Festival.
9) The Official Jury, composed of professionals from the film medium, will be in charge of awarding the prizes.
11) Decisions of both the selection committee and the Official Jury shall be final. Prizes awarded will be presented at the closing gala

During the celebration of the contest, the organization reserves the right to display the selected films in as many public sessions as it deems appropriate.
