Fertile Heads

I was born in the city of Pula-Pola in South-West Istria, Croatia in 1995. Growing up, I was always interested in visual and audio-visual arts. I would spend hours drawing and painting, and very often, I would draw scenes from the news and disaster movies. Films had a huge influence on me when I was a child and I believe my obsession with art started then. I was also very much interested in writing. In 2006 I got my first flip-phone, and soon afterwards, I started making videos. It was a very bad VGA camera, but it didn't bother me. I was thrilled with the endless possibilities of this new media. I was able to express my self like never before. During my teenage years, I was attending School of Applied Arts and Design in my hometown of Pula. My field of study was Graphic Design, Illustration and Printmaking. After graduating, I’ve moved to Slovenia where I was studying Mandarin for a year. Afterwards, I was studying Graphic Design at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana. During my last Bachelor year, I have rediscovered my interests in film and audio-visual arts. Now, as a master student of Video and New Media Arts, I am finally able to fully express my self. I am constantly learning and creating new things, and that makes me happy. In addition to my interest in Visual and Audiovisual arts, I am also interested in astronomy, terraforming, futurism, urban design, cooking, fitness, environmental protection, and candles.
