FEARLESS devised, is a performance art film directed, written, and produced by Raffaela O'Neill.
The film is a compelling exploration of the human condition, delving into themes of relationships, wonder, conflict, love, emotional pain, and cyclical interpersonal dynamics. Fearless Devised is an expressionistic journey that invites subjective interpretations and gives viewers space to find their own personal meaning.

FEARLESS is one film devised into seven chapters or seven independent micro films, each exploring a different concepts. From the end of wonder to the discovery of insight, from emotionally abusive relationships to the complex bonds of sisterhood, Fearless Devised takes viewers on a journey of self-discovery and affirmation, and it's an homage to that connection with others that can sparkle that power.
This performance art film poetic results from the alternating fast and slow-motion of the hypnotic moves borrowed from martial arts, contact improv, sign language, contemporary and dance theatre.

NO WONDER
A play on words representing both the end of the wonder, but also the discovery, that insight that ends the confusion. A child dreams that everything is possible and that they can be anything until something traumatic happens.
SOMETHING IS OFF
That precious feeling that something is off is often dismissed when we question it, our power is lost, we become confused.
INFINITE LOOP
In computer programming an infinite loop is a sequence of instructions that will continue endlessly, unless an external intervention occurs. Infinite loop explores the concept of cycles in emotionally abusive relationships.
SOROR
Explores the complex and irreplaceable relationship between sisters or brothers (soror means sisterhood in Latin). Love at its essence. Special bonds so tight it can hurt deeply.
BLEND IN
An expressionistic exploration of self-abandonment. In a struggle to blend in a young man faces loneliness and emptiness until a glimmer shows him a way out to reclaiming himself.
INWARD
A woman is lost in the struggle to find herself in the eyes of others until she turns her eye Inward.
TECTUMQUE
In latin Tectumque is the “position or attitude” that feels “protective.” Represents, in an impressionistic way, the paradox of the solution to emotional pain that perpetuates the hurt.
