Philip Parker is the son of that Parker.

Philip is not happy with the life his father leads; it is something he has always had problems facing; always being left behind because the city, the world or the universe must be saved. And who thinks about him? And we expect him to follow in his father's footsteps? Wearing colored tights and fighting crime? No way!
Sure, Philip inherited some powers, but he always considered them useless, mostly for fun or a trick to get small satisfactions and insignificant personal paybacks.
Still undecided, but on the verge of talking to someone about the problems that haunt him, Philip in interrupted by a shadow that passes in front of the window, a battle within the buildings. His father seems to haunt him. Having lost his resolve, Philip is furious, seeks refuge in a park and reading. But even there he is annoyed by two girls. Tired and frustrated, he uses his powers to chase them off before returning home.
But even at home disappointments haunt him, his father - just for a change - is not there, instead, he finds a note asking Philip to take care of the dinner, which the boy does diligently... Only to see his effort wasted when his father doesn't return home. Later, Philip is surprised by a series of deaf tunes from his father's room, unsuspected, he goes to check, ready for the worst ... He doesn’t expect to find his father wrapped around his most recent girlfriend. Philip runs away from home furiously and wanders aimlessly through the city. Nothing of what happens in the vicinity affects him. When he witnesses a pickpocketing occurring, he does not intervene, that's what his father would do.

When, a little later, Philip sees the same pick more pocket that he didn’t stop taking a little girl hostage in order to ensure his escape, something clicks in him. He cannot leave the girl with that man. Philip intervenes, manages to distract the man just enough for the little girl to run away. The thief then pounces on him but is stopped by someone ... Phil's father.
Back home, Philip is prepared for a long discussion, to be punished, but for once he and his father are on the same page and they can finally understand each other.
Philip is finally ready to make the final step he wasn’t able to in the past, to face his own problems by talking to a therapist.
